No hustle and bustle in this little hamlet that plays its day to the tune of the sun.
A place that is adorned with all things natural like this block of sandalwood and red stand stone on which sandalwood paste is made by hand and offered to the Gods
A place where a splash of turmeric and kumkum and sacred ash bring a freshly smeared floor alive.
A special place close to the place from which my grandmother hails
The simplicity and earthiness of the homes here
Speak of the affinity one can have with nature.
And the peace one can sense, in its midst.
